Building a Better Future: 2006 Annual Report now available online
The 2006 Annual Report of the Sinfonia Educational Foundation (SEF) is now available to view online. Building a Better Future summarizes the work of the SEF throughout the previous fiscal year through its fundraising efforts and sponsored programs. Award recipients for scholarships, grants and other programs are also featured, giving an opportunity for the supports of Sinfonia to see where there impact is being felt. New programs are briefly discussed, and the current Board of Trustees is introduced in this fresh publication.
The report ends with the publication of Elegy for Sinfonia, by Mark Wilson, Delta Eta (Youngstown State) ‘03, which was presented at the 2005 Conclave |

(Leadership Institute) in Evansville, Indiana. Elegy takes readers on a journey of our hero who starts off "lamenting over the loss of morals and general aimlessness of society." Our hero later finds Sinfonia and learns of the path he must take with his Fraternity brothers to ensure a brighter future. Elegy gives the reader an inspiring look at the good work of Sinfonia. It gives us hope for the future of Sinfonia - the perfect way to conclude our review of the past year's accomplishments by the SEF, the collegiate membership and out chapters.
The report was designed by John-David Minjares, Kappa Omicron (Cal State-Long Beach) ‘06, a graphic design major. John-David was president of the colony at Long Beach last year that reactivated the Kappa Omicron chapter.
