A Call To Action
In October 2007, the Fraternity released a comprehensive strategic plan for 2007-2012. This plan, generated with the input of thousands of Sinfonians, maps out an ambitious path of advancement for our Fraternity.
Since that time, a group of sixteen key volunteers -- we’ve been calling them "Leadership Teams" -- have been tirelessly analyzing the plan’s objectives and preparing their implementation.
Now, we need your help.
Over 150 volunteers are needed to serve on committees and task forces that will plan, design and launch the plethora of new programs and initiatives called for in the strategic plan. Brothers of every background of experience will be needed to fill in the myriad of roles needed. |

"These are great opportunities for brothers to get involved," says Sean Leno, Phi Omega (Dayton) '00, leadership team member for the Increased Mission Awareness area of the plan. "Those who care deeply about the Fraternity can now have a direct impact on its future success."
Ryan Ripperton, Alpha Rho (North Carolina) '95, executive director, explains further, "These volunteer opportunities are particularly exciting -- they’re the result of an effort to decentralize the program development called for in the Strategic Plan. Instead of relying on already overtaxed volunteers and staff, we’re looking for new volunteers to get involved and bring a fresh perspective to these programs. This is truly groundbreaking for our Fraternity."
