This gave is an opportunity to use the growth as a launching pad to even greater success moving forward. The key to the plan is the quality of the experience offered to both collegians and alumni, and I'm excited to where this plan will take us."

The strategic plan is divided into five goals. Each goal will have an assigned leadership teams comprised of Sinfonians who have expressed an interested in reaching these goals.
